Hello all,

I'm interested in knowing what supplements/antioxidants would be good for supporting the body, especially for long-term use of MMS. Right now I have been taking only vitamin C (spaced at least 2 hours away from any MMS dosing).

And is it perhaps wise to completely avoid any non-water-soluble supplements such as vitamin E, or A, as they remain in the body longer?

Would love to hear your ideas. Thanks : )

Hey, Becca

Personally, I like to take Spirulina (which contains lots of essential nutrients, protein and Vitamins) and since I also practice sports, i try to take protein and multi-vitamin supplements almost on a daily basis - I do, however, take them always two hours or more apart from MMS doses.

A few times a week I´ll take Pro-biotics too.

Faith, Love and Health to everyone!
Chris

Vitamins are as most know, :(

Minerals are the Key to good health. Most multi vitamins cancel out when digested at the same time. Also if on a good diet - vitamins should be found only in food if eating correctly, so oral pills of vitamins are not necessary unless not on a healthy diet. Minerals will change the way you feel and live however vitamins are in every store across the country at your easiest buying pleasure simply due to the fact that most don't do doo doo for ya. Agency's (cough cough) know this, that's why their available, and Minerals are not available unless specially ordering them from websites that nobody knows.

Just a different look at things, as always,

John

I do want to pop in - and this is often missed - but there are people who have had their digestive tract rearranged and they need MORE vitamins than they can get from the food they ingest - so we can't have a blanket statement here. Traditionally, if the digestive system is intact, and someone is eating a balanced diet, and the food is grown on soil that is not deficient, then yes, we should be able to get all we need from food.

John - I agree. I realise it's an unpopular concept but vitamins in supplemental form are a waste of money as they have no vibrational frequency (they are dead) and cannot be utilised by the body in a sustainable way despite any short term symptomatic hit.

The word supplement means broken, fractured, incomplete. To assimilate vitamins we the need associated compounds that are found naturally in unprocessed foods without preservatives and other chemical additives.

With all due respect to good, honest, well meaning suppliers of supplements, do you ever wonder if maybe the supplement industry has been infiltrated by big pharma? Is that being too cynical?

Minerals on the other hand are readily available from salt, the real stuff of course. Good rock salt or sea salt contains all the minerals and trace elements in perfect ratios of the human dna and will synthesise into what ever the body needs. Once you have enough calcium it will go to potassium and so on down the chain. It's cheap and readily available, and if you live near the sea a great way to absorb it is through your skin - swim or bathe in the water, or walk knee deep in it.

I have no stomach - literally, the food does not go into my stomach, and bypasses the duodenum. It leaves me with chronic diarrhea because the food hits the intestine and has not been churned to chyme, has not been subject to any digestive enzymes. PEOPLE LIKE ME NEED VITAMINS. Always check with the person you're working with as to their individual circumstances before making a generalized statement.

Sorry Pam, I was still writing my post when yours went up - you are absolutely right that there can be extenuating circumstances that should be investigated and considered. Cheers.
