I am new to using MMS1 or MMS2 and had a general question. I am a relatively healthy person and exercise regularly but I would like to take either MMS1 or MMS2 as a preventative measure. Does anyone have any suggestions? In Jim's books he talks about maintenance doses but I'm not sure if they are related to the disease being discussed or just in general. I purchased a bottle of MMS1 and the activator plus I purchased some calcium hypochlorite. So if you could provide maintenance or preventative info on either or both I would appreciate it.

If you have no reason to do a 1000 protocol, and wish to just use it prophylactically, use the maintenance dose for your age, you'll be fine. MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
