New to MMS1 and MMS2 was created by Cotacat
I am new to using MMS1 or MMS2 and had a general question. I am a relatively healthy person and exercise regularly but I would like to take either MMS1 or MMS2 as a preventative measure. Does anyone have any suggestions? In Jim's books he talks about maintenance doses but I'm not sure if they are related to the disease being discussed or just in general. I purchased a bottle of MMS1 and the activator plus I purchased some calcium hypochlorite. So if you could provide maintenance or preventative info on either or both I would appreciate it.

The maintenance doses are not related to any particular disease. They're related to your age.

If you have no reason to do a 1000 protocol, and wish to just use it prophylactically, use the maintenance dose for your age, you'll be fine. Set the MMS2 aside until you need it for something serious.
