MMS Bath- best hot or cool with CDS? was created by Leslie
Hello! I've been taking daily MMS baths in very hot water to open up my pores; would I be better off in a cool bath so that the CDS stays active and potent longer? Maybe a quick hot shower then a tepid bath?
Thank you,
Leslie
Thank you,
Leslie

You're taking a CDS bath or an MMS bath? Hot is fine with MMS - both will tend to off-gas, but CDS will do more so with water over 50 degrees. I, personally, would do MMS baths, and leave the CDS for oral ingestion.

Hi Pam,
Oops, I don't know what CDS is then... Can you tell me please. I don't see it in the book.
I've been using MMS in my bath water.
Thanks very much!

Hi Leslie. Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) is produced by activating MMS1 in a closed container and leading the gas through a plastic tube to the bottom of a container of distilled water so that the gas bubbles into the water and is dissolved by the water.

Thank you Paul! This is great. Somehow we missed learning about CDS.
