I've been taking daily MMS baths in very hot water to open up my pores; would I be better off in a cool bath so that the CDS stays active and potent longer? Hot is fine with MMS - both will tend to off-gas, but CDS will do more so with water over 50 degrees. I, personally, would do MMS baths, and leave the CDS for oral ingestion. Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) is produced by activating MMS1 in a closed container and leading the gas through a plastic tube to the bottom of a container of distilled water so that the gas bubbles into the water and is dissolved by the water. MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
