2. fatigue is a typical herx reaction - you may want to drop back to 2 drops an hour for 8 hours - until you stop feeling tired. Of course, fatigue is also a typical pregnancy reaction, too. Could be that.
You are just about the right time to start "morning sickness" - that may be the cause of your nausea. Try a soda cracker - see if that helps. MMS is out of the body in 2 hrs (or less) - so the midnight nausea may be something else.
I have gas, too. But I have other digestive issues. I also know I have some problems with some bugs (having lived in India and Japan) - I can't say what is causing yours.
3. Coffee, vitamin C, Vitamin E, ascorbic acid. You can do tomatoes (they have naturally occurring vitamin C) - just not oranges.
4. Food anti-oxidents do not seem to be problematic, other than coffee, oranges, and things with added C or ascorbic acid.
5. I would not do the douche protocol - otherwise, you should be OK.
6. Don't try to push yourself. Take it slow and easy. Pregnancy is a whole different "load" on your body - be good to yourself (and the baby). <G>
