Well. I stoped using mms1 on Saturday, June 2nd. I have not had nausea since stoping. Sooo, I am guessing that it has been the mms1 that has been causing the nausea and head aches. Should I start this back up at a much lower dose? I was taking between 2-3 drops of the mms1 each hour for 8 consecutive hours. Also, how do I know when to increase my dose and when I'm finished taking it. I was on it from 4/16/12 - 6/1/12. Thanks

Jim Humble says to always drop back, to even 1 drop or 1/2 drop or 1/4 drop an hour, if you're having a herx reaction. It could also be a reaction to the citric acid -

Make a 32oz or 1litre batch with 2 drops, activated. That's 1/4 drop an hour. See what that does. If that's OK, go to 3 drops activated for a few days. Then go to 4 drops activated for a few days. Work slowly up to 24 drops activated. Don't rush yourself.
