Using MMS and food between DOSES

I see people having trouble making the doses of MMS combined with food intake.

In my case, I make food intake 3 x day, no snacks between them.

But other people who do not follow this model, what to do?Can anyone help?

I believe you are fine if you are able to eat and have not extreme bathroom breaks. The combination of vomiting and diarrhea for me simply put me off food until the 8 or 9 hours after. The nausea is too much.

Sounds like you are fine!

Alfernandes, it's pretty simple - best to try to time your eating between doses (sometimes you can't) - People need to support their bodies and immune systems along with the protocols - after all, MMS just provides the body with some bullets, but the body's immune system does the work in returning us to health. Hold off on Vit C, Vit E, and anything that has added ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate - take those 2 hours after the last dose (best) or 2 hours before the first dose.

It is for people who are struggling to combine food intake and the doses of MMS. In my intake of food and the doses of MMS and (I a range of from 30 minutes to 1 hour).

if you're having nausea and vomiting, you're taking too much, need to start slower - the herx reaction certainly won't harm you, long term, but the less stress on the body, the faster you can heal! You may want to drop back in your number of drops per hour.

yes, i will just do 15 drops in my liter of water. unfortunately the first 3 days the 3 drops worked well, then suddely i was on debilitated for the last two even though i did reduce the drops most of the day yesterday!

actually, what happens if you do not have the herxheimer reactions? it seems to me that it would not be working without that reaction? but i guess we have to just trust it is working...i am still afraid to eat because of the herxheimer effect. when would i know i am ready for a thorough 24 drops a day? and has it been ever that people cannot take that much but are cured on 2 or 1 drop after the 3 weeks time window? i really want the 3 drops to work...without the herxheimer effect of course.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
