THE QUESTIONS
Can anyone help me with my questions?
Can I take MMS on an empty stomach or just after breakfast and how long after?
Lunch may follow the same model before and dinner as well (I feed 3 x daily and do not snack between meals).
The food that I eat almost daily are integral (brown rice, wholemeal bread, black beans, pasta, little meat, milk, fruits etc.).
Do not smoke or drink alcoholic beverages.
My gut works daily (not constipation).
I'll start my experience with Water Cleansing of the Church (MMS) because long ago I found my change in glucose because long ago I found my change in glucose and recently my wife did a surgery for benign bone tumor (almost 1 year ago) and this time lost a lot of weight and I never went back to my weight ever was 75 kg. In general it is.

MMS can be taken on an empty stomach - I'm assuming you're doing the Sacrament/protocol 1000. You will be doing it for 8 hours a day, so obviously you will need to eat during that period. I just try not to eat right taking my drops or just before taking my drops - 20, 30 minutes should be OK.
Be sure to start slowly - 1 drop an hour for the 8 hours, then if that's ok, go to 2 drops an hour, and if you have no problem, go to 3 drops an hour.
As you know, blood sugar is sometimes more than 3 weeks, but it could be faster!

PAM
I could not resist and took a dose of MMS (Drops 1:1 waiting 20 seconds for activation) at dawn to see the effect.
