can I eat and take mms right away? I like to drink bottled water that is slightly flavored. It has some added ascorbic acid. Is this ok to drink?

No to the bottled water - ascorbic acid inactivates the MMS.

In terms of eating - JH says to wait about 30 minutes - (sort of midway between doses) - I've known people who have eaten right away and they've said it didn't seem to affect the activity of MMS.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
