MMS & Teeth (Acidity?) was created by bluejay
Heya,
Just started using MMS, and I'm wondering about the dental protocol.
It seems to me that when I mix MMS with citric acid (50%) at a 1:1 ratio, even with water added, it feels very acidic on the teeth.
Is this not a problem, or am I missing something?

Well, I happen to like the "squeaky clean teeth" phenomena
But, if it is a concern for you, you could try CDS, because there's no acid in it.

Hey Pam!
Are you saying that you also get the acidity effect but that you like it?
When I say acidity effect, it feels a bit sticky in my teeth because of the acid. Is this what you're calling the "squeaky clean phenomena"?

No, actually, what I'm experiencing is the removal of the biofilm from the teeth, which leaves them very, very smooth.

Hmm, okay. That's what I was expecting as well.
Maybe I'm using too much citric acid solution? I mixed my own batch, so I could've made it too strong.
Cheers again Pam!

Are you letting it activate before you add the water? How many drops are you using? At the most, I use 8 drops activated (or the equivalent) - in a couple of ounces of water.

Yup, I use anywhere between 4-8 drops of MMS and 4-8 of 50% citric solution and let it activate, then add water.
I'll try again later tonight and see what happens. You never know!

I'm back.
I made another batch with 6 drops mms + citric in about 1 ounce of water and it was fine. My teeth feel great.
Pam, you said that you put in a few ounces of water. Doesn't that make lots of "toothpaste"?
So, with my logic, I'm going to take about 3 drops of mms/citric next time and put it in ½ ounce. That's enough for brushing, gurgling, flossing, and mouthwash, yes?

Yep, it does - I just used all the extra as mouth rinse
I probably keep 4 or 5 shot glasses on the side of my kitchen sink. Some hold things like toothbrushes, or syringe barrels (to measure CDS) - some are used for things like brushing teeth. Some for measuring MMS/CA - gotta have a dry one each time for that.

Try 2 drops mms + 2 drops citric acid in 4 oz of water. From this, you only need around 1 tablespoon to actually brush the teeth ( i pour it over my brush). Once finished, add water so the cup is a quarter full and you can gargle and drink the rest as your first 2 drop dose of the day.
