Need to help a friend with eczema on his scalp only.
Will only get one chance to help him.
He has been to all the BEST doctors.
He has used many shampoos and medications.
Thinking topical application may be acceptable?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Yep, skin spray, and after a bit you could spray and use DMSO on top. Spray may take care of it completely, though.
10 drops mms, 10 drops 50% citric acid in 1 oz of water.
Do 3-4 x a day.
