Hi,

as far as I understood, Jim recommends to wait 1h 1/2 after a meal to take mms1. I am wondering how I should proceed to do the 1000 protocole, taking MMS every hour...

I agree with the comments PL got in his redirect. As a vegetarian, I have never bothered with meal interferance and have always taken my dose just before a meal.

Nutrition is important if you are hitting a serious illnes, so just watch what is in the food you consume if it is not fresh from the garden to avoid vit C or ascorbic acid.
The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.
