Hi Everyone, today I did the bath protocol for the first time using roughly 30 activated drops. I also inhaled some MMS very gently [also for the first time] for a couple minutes 2x today. During my second bath today my nose started to bleed quite profusely. It last about 10 minutes before it finally stopped. I'm battling a nasty cold which is why I decided to try and get as much MMS in me as possible. I hadn't experienced any nausea or other side effects... other than feeling just plain lousy but I attribute that to the cold. I have also been taking ~3 drop CDS doses sporadically for the past couple days. I haven't had a nose bleed in many years. Did I overdo it? Not sure if I should back off the CDS/MMS or continue using it to try and knock this thing out.

Hey,

Hope your getting better, I find that mms is best for when your really sick bad. for colds and flu it is not worth drinking the mms cause of taste_just my opinion. I usually take mms2 for when i have a flu or cold and it helps my sinus much quicker. However for a cold or flu you have to drink your mms or cds every hour. A couple doses a day wont do anything. Simply because the cold and flu bug replicates so fast that when you take a dose or two a day it wont do that much damage to the cold. When use to take mms for a cold i did it 10 times a day and it lasted 3 to 4 days instead of the usual week or two.

as far as a nose bleed, your nose is so sensitive when sick, especially when your blowing your nose alot, it leaves small tears and scabs in your nose, so when you breathed in the mms you may have got a nose bleed cause the mms is cleaning out all those scabs and nasties. A bath is real good. Besides the mms cleaning out your nose or maybe a scab or tear _ if it wasnt that I would really monitor the nose bleeds because you may have something else going on, buy the mms or cds or baths wouldnt cause the nose bleed in any way besides for the above reason. So be careful, keep an eye on those nose bleeds - their probley for a simple reason you havent thought of yet or it could be something else.

Take Care,
John, MMS Green Life

I have found that nose bleeds like your is from the fungal overgrowth that is living in the sinuses.

When you aggressively kill it, it will give off an acid as a protection for survival. This acid is extremely caustic and is at the root of the nose bleeds most of the time.

Keep up the protocol if you can with out causing to much bleeding. Eventually the bleeding will stop as the fungus dies and the tissue begins to heal and rebuild.

I address this in the attached pdf.

I began mms protocol a couple weeks ago and immediately felt positive effects and the negs. One negative took me awhile to sort: bloody nose, which was a new one on me. Took me awhile to suspect mms and possible NOT mms as I take a lot of supplements for years, so hard to say how all interacts. But thought I'd better report as others may suddenly get bloody in the wrong public place without a kleenex.. Remember to gently close that nose for a few minutes!
