This is the most thorough, with excellent dosing and measuring parts. Be warned, though, he does tend to call CDS "MMS" in a few places. That might be a bit confusing to some.

Unfortunately, as of 19 April 12, the embedded video does not show,
but on YouTube, it is ok.
