Excellent. This will certainly help a lot of people out there to see exactly how it is done.

And, it's a certainty that baking soda has no bad effects on the MMS? I seem to remember something about it causing the MMS to be less potent or something.
Man, this is the greatest thing !!

No ImReady

This new way of taking MMS that tastes better and is more subtle to stomach (aims to reduce the side effects called Herxheimer). It works
because we are buffering the pH to 5.2 to reduce acidity.

Remember to use aluminum-free baking soda (Arm and Hammer or Bob's Red Mill).

BAKING SODA HAS NO ALUMINUM. It is baking powder that has aluminum. Baking soda is pure sodium bicarbonate.

When MMS1 is made with MMS and citric acid, it usually runs in the low to medium 4 range ph. Dr. Neer's protocol buffers the ph with bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) , raising it to 5.2. Just as you have "buffered vitamin C" (which makes taking that form of Vitamin C easier on the stomach) - Dr. Neer has found with his patients that raising the ph level of the MMS1 to between 5 and 5.5 makes taking it "easier on the stomach."
