But listen to AmandaMary, she seems to have a lot of experience.
I can tell you diet makes a huge difference.
Sugar(sucrose) was the one that made my symptoms the worst the fastest.
Next is fruit and starches.

If you avoid these as much as possible you will see an improvement, or at least I have.

Look into enemas, they are probably the best thing I have ever done for my health.l
I have now started an MMS treatment, maybe this works better.

about RESTRICTED FOODS
what about pseudo-cereals like quinoa and whole grains like brown rice? are they ok or are they starches that should be avoided?

I'm looking for a nutrition program that is easy on the stomach, does not aggravate the autoimmune disease, is anti inflammatory, and does not neutralize the MMS treatment.
also I'm trying (but with no successes) to put on weight(I'm very under weight and getting weaker).

we use protocol 1000 during the first 8 hours of the day, MMS is the biggest part of a protocol, however we find that when using an evening protocol which starts with a parasite cleanse, we then add MSM, blackseed oil and herbs during the evening (two hours after protocol) we get much faster results. With all of the medical conditions that we help restore health too we do everything possible, hence we use MMS first and others during the evening. We do not mix the MMS protocol hours with other products, probiotics, herbs etc must not be taken before two hours after protocol. Herbs etc need hours to digest etc.

My 84 year old husband is 100% over Lyme Disease and sleep apnea because of taking these MMS drops. These drops are very inexpensive and almost free considering that a $25 bottle retail might last a year or two. A lady from Olympia called us to help her: she had Lyme disease, spent $20,000 on doctors/medication over the past 10 years and still has it. I asked her if she had $25 to buy MMS and told her our story. We never heard back from her. Why? We don't know?

This lady had 80/100 of Lyme Disease. Roi (my husband) also had 80/100, and I had 43/100. Well, I personally take MMS (also called water purifier, water purification drops, sodium chlorite, or chlorine dioxide) and I have killed many kinds of bacteria and parasites in my body. I sniff it into my lungs and it is killing off some kind of fungus I had that goes along with acid reflux and the stomach acid getting into the lungs when you sleep. That fungus is florescent orange/yellow color and tastes like bile -- very acid and horrible. I cough it up. No antibiotic can heal this lung condition because it is on the membrane of the lungs. The MMS gas seems to be helping this fungus in the lungs.
