Testing Alkaline H20

What are the ideal levels of pH, TA (total alkalinity) and TDS (total dissolved solids)
when testing MMS Alkaline H20?

So far there has not been an "alkaline" H20 that works with MMS. We don't test pH, TA, or TDS, etc. We test for chlorine dioxide.
