I believe that I read in Jim's e-book that you should stay away from antioxidant supplements while on the p1000. How about vitamins that have a small amount or protein powder? I take a one-a-day Rainbow Light Just 4 men food based vitamin that has some small amounts. Most fruit juices that are worth consuming also have antioxidants.

I have also been taking NAC and ALA as a daily supplement, as well as Vegan pea isolate protein powder with a high level of L-Glutamine. Can I continue with these and if not, which ones should I discontinue while on the p1000?

Also, David suggests doing the Bath protocol as well but the link in his post takes me to what seems to be an older page on Jim's website, I believe. Can you direct me to the current protocol for bath therapy with MMS1? I will be using premixed MMS1 and 50% Citric Acid solution. I may also use DMSO as I heard that it really helps and I have ordered it as well. Any suggestions/comments will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Blessings!

Thanks.

I don't think that supplements that contain a small amount of antioxidants (other than vitamin C) will neutalize MMS, or juices that contain natural antioxidants.

For a more current bath protocol, do a search on "bath protocol" using the search tab at the top of the forum page.

Thanks. So, it's not a good idea to take a multivitamin that includes C while doing the p1000?

It's fine to take vitamins with vitamin C in them, or even, as I recommend, substantial doses of vitamin C, say several grams (1000mg = a gram), but wait until AT LEAST an hour after the last dose of MMS for the day. I try to take 2 large doses of vitamin C in the evening and before I go to bed.

Then my body can replenish itself overnight and I'm ready for MMS the next day.
