It is a few weeks I have the MMS and I have not tried as afraid of not doing it correctly.

My questions are:

1. How many weeks or how long you need to be negative? After that do I stop taking MMS for a while, orwhen do I stat again? It is an important information as I want to go with my partner to be checked and be negative to have unprotected sex.

2. I have bought the book and many people talk about different amount of drops. Shall I take 3 drops every hour each 8 hour? If that´s the case when do I eat. between one dose and the next hour can I eat? If I eat and then i can´t take each hour 3 drops?
Another question is that they told methemaxiumum amount to take is 15 drops a day, becauseif my weight is 65 kg you divide by 4 and it says that the result of it around 16 drops is the maximum.

Can I drink tea or coffee?
I smoke, is it a problem?
With alcohol I saw not to take during the 8 hours, but I can after the 8 doses. Correct?

3. I have gum desease, can it help?

4. I have fungus in my nails from feet and fungus on thetop of my righ foot on the skin. Does it help by taking the MMS?

This following is from a new section for the book which will be in the final version of the book:

HIV/AIDS: Begin with the Starting Procedure and continue following the HRP (always observing the Three Golden Rules) until well.

1. How long it will take to recovery your health depends on many factors. Everyone is different.

2a. You normally begin taking MMS by following the Starting Procedure which starts with 1/4 drop of activated MMS. When done with the Starting Procedure, you follow Protocol 1000 slowing increasing up to 3 drops per hour, 8 hours per day. If your health has not been recovered in 3 weeks time, then you move to Protocol 1000 Plus, then Protocol 2000, etc. This program is called the HRP (Health Recovery Program).

2b. When and what to eat is covered in the book. You eat small meals/snacks between doses. 1 hour or more after your last dose of the day you can eat & drink anything you want in any quantity.

3. All those drinks 1 hour or more after your last dose of the day. Smoking is not healthy - consider quiting. I know, it's not easy. I stopped smoking many years ago and it took 1 year to finally not crave cigarettes.

4. Probably will help. Use the Brushing Teeth Protocol.

5. For fungus, follow the Mold/fungus Protocol (called Fungi Protocol in the current book release #2).

1- I will do it. Concerning the protocol 1000 plus I may have to see if I have it in the book I bought.
My question is that how I know if I am better. I do need to know that to pass a hiv test and see if I am still positive after 3 weeks treatmenet of 3 drops 8 hours a day.
The other thing is see my cd4 and virol load.


2- AFter 3 weeks of MMS, can I check and be negative?

3 - After 3 weeks if negative, what shall I do, what kind of follow up and when to stop and continue?
Below is my little storry.

Concerning smoke it is true I need to give up but it is so difficult when you work in an office and stressful environment you always postone it but I need to give up right now yes. I do not take any recreative drugs and have not taking any retroviral medictation, I eat healthy, vegetables, seaweed, practice meditation, healing, etc.
My levels of cd4 are still ok 450 after 9 years.
Doctors wanted to give me medication a long time ago as I have candidas in stomach andfungus in nails, etc. I said no.
My liver was fatty 5 years ago and they saw I tested very slightly positive as autoimmune hepatitis although I was negative in A, B and C. They said they should check inserting something in my liver and check if I had this immune heaptatis. I said to wait and folllowed my own diet and lost in 2 months 8 kgs and 2 more the following moth. The general liver test was perfect and the doctor could not believe what I did.
