Hi Pam,

While you are still on line, Could you please give me some advice on how to make up enough MMs to take throughout the day as I work long hours and it is difficult to get by on just taking my MMS only while at home.

I did read a long time ago that Jim did a method for making up enough to last the day, but i cannot find it.

Sometimes it does get a little bad. Slowly, day by day, you´ll be able to figure out what makes you feel worse or better, so you have to have a little patience and know that YES, every now and then, you might throw up, have a little headache, diahrrea, nausea etc... it´s part of the reaction... butplease don´t give up. Listen, a while ago I posted lots of tips on how to swallow MMS2... I´ll look for that post to copy it here.

My wife also got sick at times.... but we knew that was the herx reaction.... the first 2, 3 weeks are the worst...after that you sort of get used to it.... I´ve been on MMS2 now for 5, 6 months.... and I got to the point it doesn´t bother me at all (and keep in mind I take 2 full capsules a day...which is a lot for a maintenance protocol - my wife takes only half a capsule a day).

Meanwhile, like Pam said, take your time, take it slowly, but take it....

Hey, there, folks!

As of now I've been on protocol 4000 (MMS2 only) for 24 days. I have had some bad moments, as the taste becomes unbearable! Even though I did not get sick, the taste and the after taste would make my throat burn and also feel strong nausea. I tried Jim's tricks (eating an apple 15 minutes before taking the capsule, drinking LOTS of water and eventually the baking soda for the burning sensation)...however, I do have to say they didn't help much. Finally I came up with this little routine that REALLY helped! As I noticed that the real enemy here was the taste, this is what I came up with:

1. ABout 15 min. prior to taking MMS2, I'll have a healthy snack (like a banana, an apple etc.)
2. About 30 seconds before taking the MMS2 capsule I STOP breathing through my nose and breath ONLY through my MOUTH (therefore I won't smell nor taste the capsules)! This is really important.
3. I'll take the capsule with LOTS of water, but STILL breathing ONLY through my mouth!
4. Right after swallowing the capsule with the water, and STILL breathing through my mouth, I'll take a bite (another healthy snack), and I'll swallow the snack WITHOUT tasting it since I'm still breathing through my mouth.
5. Only after the second bite I'll start breathing through my nose again, and therefore the ONLY taste I'll have in my mouth will be the snack's taste.
6. Just in case I get the burning feeling, I keep the Baking Soda ready to go.

IMPORTANT: because of drinking so much water, one often needs to burp. Discipline yourself to breath through your mouth when you burp, so the taste won't come back! THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, as the after taste might make you feel weird again!!!!

Also, sugar-free gum might help.

I've been doing this for about 3-4 days now and Protocol 4000 has never been easier! No more chlorine taste, thank God!

I imagine this might work for MMS1 as well... hope it helps.

And many thanks for your post! Until now I didnt read anyone who took it for so long so I was thinking it does not work for me...as I thought even HIV it cures within 5 weeks even on 5x a day-
and I take 6x a day size 0- maybe even higer dose than I should but it is difficult to calculate as my one is 95%MMS2- what %was yours?
...so same dosage as yours.

And does one need to take the spirulina, and other stuff to achieve it or it is not necessary and you just thought you will get better quicker???
Did you take also ascorbic acid- 1g each day?

I am taking 85 days MMS2 6xday size 0 -95%MMS2 for my 60kg(NO vit. C, and any other things, no prayers, just tiny hope- now bigger thanks to your post:)
-for ROSACEA, small BREAST CYSTS and HERPES (I got 67.day as usual 3small blisters)- but so far no luck- I cant really see any change at all.

after how many days did you start to notice healing?
And can you identify any reason why your partner cured sooner? I mean if you did anything differently?

I have tried the honey technique for 7days and it was really offputting- if you can get the capsules- it make it much more easier- its like hell and heaven- huge difference.

If you cannot get the capsules where you are at all-
then I thought to use a DRY RAISIN AS CAPSULE (without antioxidant- usually there is some) and mix it and also fill with ćold-honey only also the one end to close it
or a bread between fingers to make a pocket-like for fishíng-
so that you will not taste it-
as sometimes I just could not make myself to swallow (I took 6x size 0 from the start)
so I could taste it and horrible is not a word strong enough for that!

Thats just ideas to make life easier perhaps but did not try them and would probably need to be discussed with someone more experienced here-
as I have no idea if it could not get in raisin or in bread then undisolved to the guds...which could cause a problem maybe---
as I say just an untried idea maybe worth thinking about and asking someone who knows if raisin will whole dissolved in stomach and MMS2 will have time after that to dissolve as well still in stomach- as capsule dissolves within 20mins- not sure about food and not sure why JIM HUMBLE has chosen this honey technique and not any other...
perhaps to ask him...

Is there even anything like fungus-yeast-candida or big parasite MMS1 or MMS2 or both together will not get rid off?

I have read somewhere that MMS1 does not cure fungus but not sure if it is truth and which fungus it means- yeast or candida or...?

Hi i took MMS for 7 weeks now at 24 drops for 8 hours. When I first started I had alot of phlegm which is a sign of detox (the HIV virus is being killed). Now after 7 weeks I'm still having phlegm. Can anyone tell me if the HIV virus is gone? Perhaps I should go for a screening test to check. Thank you.

Congratulations!!!!! If possible, can you send me your diary of things that you took? I'm trying to find things a family member can do. The medication has caused so many other problems and then the doctors want to give more medication to solve that problem.
