What is CDH and CDS stands for?

CDH is Chlorine Dioxide Holding (solution). It contains CLO2 and sodium chlorite
CDS is Chlorine Dioxide Solution. It is only CLO2 in water (no sodium chlorite)

OMG I am so confused... I am soooo bad with those chemical terminology... as far as I know I am going with your recommendation, I am ordering the MMS and added to my water 8 drops on 2 liters of water for for at least a year and do use trampoline or I can other sports twice a day for 15 minutes each... please I need you to be my guidance and if you hear any updates please tell me and I will do it... do you think I need to order DMSO? - just a question approximately how many drops on each bottle of MMS so I will know how may I need for a year-THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH- I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED...

I would think DMSO would probably help since it basically acts like a carrier however knowing that the CLO2 molecule is only slightly bigger than a hydrogen atom (a hydrogen atom is 1/10th of a nanometer and a CLO2 molecule is 1/8th of a nanometer - so almost the same size), knowing that, it would seem that the CLO2 molecule should be able to penetrate pretty much anywhere and there may be no benefit in using the DMSO. I'm no expert on that though - just using my common sense based on the CLO2 molecule size, which may not be right. It seems like it certainly couldn't hurt to add 4 drops of sodium chlorite (MMS) per liter PLUS 1 to 4 drops of DMSO per liter too. That might be a fantastic and powerful mix. As a matter of fact as soon as I get done writing this, I'm going to add a drop or 2 to my liter and later I'll let you know about the taste. DMSO concentration can be a little tricky too though. I got what I thought was 90% DMSO but I think it turned out to be just 50% pure, based on the way it freezes in the freezer. I forget exactly but I think pure DMSO won't freeze but mine did when I tried it a few years ago.

Regarding how much MMS to buy, that depends on how many ml there are in the bottle you buy. Each seller has different size bottles they sell; but let's say you use 10 drops a day in 2.5 liters of water (a little more than 8 drops per day to be safe). If we use 20 drops per ml then 10 drops a day would be 0.5ml of MMS a day. 0.5ml per day times 365 days = 182.5ml. So you'll need at least 182.5ml for an entire year at 10 drops a day.

If you can use a trampoline, it's best because they say 15 minutes on a trampoline is equal to 1 hour of jogging. But any exercise is better than none.

I tried 4 drops MMS per liter of water PLUS 2 drops of my 50% (approximately) DMSO and I can definitely taste the DMSO and it's not too good but not terrible either. I don't think I'd want to do it continuously for too long with the DMSO though, if I didn't have to.

Scott, I have ingested as much as 5 ml of undiluted DMSO in a glass of water at a time. The bad taste does not last long.

I have read that Dr. Stanley Jacob, the "father" of DMSO, ingests 1 fl oz (30 ml) of DMSO daily and has done so for thirty years.

Jim suggests up to 3 drops of DMSO per drop of MMS.

What if I take the dmso once a day? Will that have good affect? Cause it is not doable to drink it all day if tastes bad? Is it true about the full moon and the viruses is it true or just a meth? I have red somewhere that people will take higher doses on full moon day

I have placed the purchase order on May 14, till now I didn't get my shipment, it seems there is some kind of restrictions to reach to my destination, my shipment is in transit to destination since may 21. I thought I will start using MMS2 since it is available until I get the MMS, I have started using MMS2 on May 24 with quarter capsule and now I am taking one capsule twice a day cause it is Ramadan and I fast. I have pain in my throat and constipation, is that normal?
