I buy my honey from a local producer in Pirineus mountains. the "high mountain" honey is really amazing with a smell and power never find before in others honeys and of course in any supermarket "honey". (no heating, no microfiltering...)

apart from topical apication of raw honey exits the tinture, 5 essence and the spirit of honey but for this you need to learn alchemy.
