VCO

Can someone please tell me about the virgin coconut oil method for curing this disease? I've seen it mentioned in post, but none of them went into great detail, thanks!

so if im doing p1000+ can i take vco during my 8 hours? does it affect it at all?

@ZnzMagic thank you! This is definitely a trial and error disease, but I know it is something right infront of me that will rid this clever crap.

If it were me, I would do as David says, 2 hours or longer before or after your MMS protocols on the oil.
