I've been following JohnD protocal for 7 weeks and OBs started at week 2 and haven't stopped! I'm doing 3-4 drops 8 times a day -always 1-2 hours away from food and NOTHING with vit. c. I'm doing baths and spine rubs. I feel extremely discouraged because I am trying so hard. I've had genital herpes for about 20 years and the last few year have been regular OBs. So, perhaps I've been reinoculated several times or have a very aggresssive virus. I've not been taking any supplements - no antioxidants- Have read everything a zillion times and I'm sure I'm doing it right.
I've read that OBs ought to stop after 3rd week or something is wrong. Therefore....I need advice! THANKS
What is OB? I have noticed that some people just use letters when there is a disease involved. Firstly not eveyrone here is an American or English so we have to google it:
