HSV 2

Hi everone,

I am new to this site and could really use some help. I am planning on doing one of the protocols to try and get rid of HSV 2 which i contracted some time ago. I am really looking for some advice on what to do with things like diet and anything that could help me beat this damn virus which has been affecting me phisically and mentally for too long now.

I have ordered mms 1 but was wondering if i should order other things to speed the process and get better results? Also has anybody manged to complete a protocol while working or do you need to be at home while you do it?

hi...im fairly new here as well. i also have hsv2. i'm currently on a 6 week protocol to rid this virus from my body....u say you already have the mms1, so that's good. you will also need mms2 pro78/dmso drops/cds6000 if your interested in doing this protocol. you can go at the top of the page, and search "John D." It will show all the information you need for this suggested protocol. So many people have acheived a negative test result after completing this. For most, it takes 3 weeks, but you should definetly do it for 6 week's to be sure it's gone for good! So, you can go to www.mmsgreenlife.com and get the product's i mentioned. When you get them, start your protocol....start out early enough, so you can do this for 12 hour's a day. The first hour starts out with mms1/dmso. ( 3 activated drops of mms...then add 3-6 drops of dmso. 2nd hour-mix 12-13 drops of cds6000 in your COLD, distilled water, then add 3-6 drop's of your dmso. then do hour 1'd procedure, then hour procedure, and so on, and so forth...i think u get it. do this for 12 hours a day for 6 weeks, and you'll be good. hope this helps!!!

i already started. today is my 15th day. i had a few ob's along the way that seemed they were getting pushed out of my body..but haven't had anymore yet, and hopefully i wont. its said that your not supposed to have anymore ob's after 2-3 weeks of doing this protocol. and i just moved to georgia from florida, so im not currently working right now....whick is kind of a good thing because this protocol is pretty intense.

also, i did a few things along the way incorrect. when u mix ur mms1, and dmso, u wait 3 minutes for the mms to activate, but that's only because i am using lemon juice, instead of citric acid...i'm waiting on the citric acid to get here...it will be alot easier to use that instead of lemon juice. and, i think waiting 3 minutes to let it activate makes it lose some of it's stregnth as well, so as soon as my citric acid gets here, i'll be using that. and, after activating my mms, i would add the dmso, then wait another 3 minutes...ooops. that wasn't right at all...i was supposed to add mixture to water right after adding the dmso, or 20 seconds later. and one more thing i was doing wrong was drinking room temp purified water, instead of COLD distilled water. so, at least i caught my mistakes now, instead of never! i spoke to John on the phone. (the one that made this protocol) and he let me know what i was doing wrong..i'm only on day 15, so i have a month to go still!! it's ok though, because the outcome will be well worth it. if u work, it may be a little harder to make sure your taking doses every single hour on time, but it's possible. you cn make an all day dose in clear sports bottle (as long as it's not metal..nothing metal should touch it) and draw lines on the outside of the bottle, so you can keep track of what your taking. also, make sure to add dmso drops fresh...if you add them, it will kill the mms/cds in a few hour's. dmso is an antioxidant, and mms is an oxydizer...so, like i said, im still new to this myself, but i'm learning more and more evryday, so if u have anyquestions along the way, i dont mind helping..maybe you'll be able to help me as well. just stay positive, and focused. you can doo it!!! After activating the mms1 and 50% citric acid for 20 to 30 seconds, do you wait 3 minutes for the mixture to complete after adding dmso?

no, that's what i thought, but turns out that 3 minutes is way too long! so, im now waiting 20 seconds, then adding water

Ok, Im confused. activate mms1 and 50% citric acid. Wait 20 seconds so it can turn into cholrine dioxide. Next is to add dmso to the cholrine dioxide. How long does one wait after adding the dmso to the cholrine dioxide?
