Vitamins that cure herpes?! was created by Connie1020
I just watched a youtube vid that claims that taking 10,000 i.u of vitamin A ; 1,000 or 500 mg of vitamin c ; 1000 or 500 mg of L-lysine All should be taken one time a day for 30 days will cure. If after taking MMS1 & MMS2 can someone take these supplements also. Not disbelieving MMS will not work, but just desperate for a cure.

This sounds like it will be helpful to any healing approach for herpes. We recommend taking any high levels of supplements at the end of a day's course of MMS 1&2, so that the body can assimilate them overnight. DEFINITELY don't take vitamin C during use of MMS1, or less than 2 or 3 hours before starting it for the day.
The MMS's should help eliminate the entrenched herpes pathogens, most likely within a month.

Hi Connie,
I use to have herpes which constantly erupts into blisters around the mouth. I was able to control this by taking L-Lysine which is said to keep the virus dormant and control the flare ups. You should also avoid L-Arginine or any warming foods as this will induce an eruption of the blisters/sores. Then I read about VCO being able to kill the herpes virus and tried it and it has worked for me. Have been free from any recurrence of flare ups and eruptions for years although I have not had any tests done to confirm the absence of the virus.
This was all before I learned about MMS and since MMS kills virus and pathogens, I am sure it would work just as well.
