Hello fellow MMS-ers,

I started using MMS on the protocol 1000. However, I have been increasing drops in my doses. I have completed day 9 with 8 drops per hour for 8 hours, which is 64 drops a day. Is this OK? Is there a daily limit with MMS?

Am I over doing it?

Well, I'm on day 12 now using 8 drops per hours for 8 hours.
On day 11, I had diarrhoea just after my last dose for the day and I have been up 4 times last night on the toilet and 2 times the following morning.

I think the diarrhoea is a good sign as it has really flushed my colon. However, I will cut back and go back to 3-4 drops per hour as I dont want to became sick and weak.

Any thoughts anyone????
