Healing request from China

My friend who lives in China suffers health problems due to a neglected Hepatitis. She is a high spirited woman of 46 who tells me she will be going into surgery because her Hemoglobin(HCB) measures only 50 gs|L, pale face, tired, developing pathological chalenges. In China, the healthcare system is only for those who can afford it and she is heading a major hospitalisations bill. What could be the answer for this lady ? Can she be brought back to health ?
