Mickey, I don't think there is an "average" - it all depends on the issues involved and the individuals. Jim Humble has set the 1000 protocol for 3 weeks, but I've seen him say in a video that it could take anywhere from several days to several months. Things like diabetes might take several months - probably depending on the actual cause. The one thing he does say is to continue until the issue is healed -

I know this isn't much help, but truly, I think it's very individual. I'm on my 5th week of CDS, and plan to continue.

Thanks again Pam. I was wondering since I am seeing positive results but I'm not 'home' yet, would it hurt if I continue doing MMS 1 for up to another 2 months or should I move up to MMS 2 now. It's been almost 4 weeks now for me on MMS 1. I must say, I don't look forward to the 'pool shock' at all and I am a bit scared of it.

While I've got you Pam, where did you get the hose for making cds? I can't find 3/8" hard ice maker hose, only 1/4" and 3/4" at my Home Depot.

Thanks again sweet lady for your help and may you soon have the results you're looking for! :-)

I actually found it at home depot in the plumbing department. They had a bunch of various size tubing in "lasso" configuration, and although the one I bought didn't say "ice-maker tubing" on it, it was HDPE. I got the 3/8, there, and it has a 1/4 inner diameter .

I did buy some ice-maker tubing in a kit when my house was being built, and my builders never used it, so it's around here somewhere - (I can't tell you how many things I've bought over and over again - I must have five 25' long measuring tapes <sigh>)

I'm not sure what aspect of a tube makes it resistant to sealing when it is heated up, but that is a very important aspect. When the tube is heated up it can close and cause the gas to build up in the bottle until the gas forces itself out.

Thank you to everyone for all your amazing contributions, i learn so much from following this forum.
