Thanks Bruce and Michael,

I've continued with the protocol and after about 36 hours since I first got the intense cold and sore throat symptoms, they have started to clear up. I added an MMS gargle and nose rinse and that helped a lot. I had done protocol 1000 for a week and I've now been on Protocol 2000 for 6 days. I'm back up to 9 to 10 drops an hour and one full capsule MMS2 every other time and I'm getting just mild symptoms of diarrhea and very slight nausea, definitely manageable. My understanding of the protocol is to only go up to a max of 10 drops MMS1 per hour. Is that correct? I assume that when I stop getting all adverse symptoms on the maximum dosage I should stop the treatment or do I need to do a full 3 weeks on protocol 2000?

I am not sure why MMS did not work for me. I did not follow the protocol completely, I missed a couple days here and there, etc. I ordered dmso. I plan on starting my MMS journey over and trying again. MMS along with DMSO. I believe it works but for some reason I still have my doubt. I guess because it hasn't worked for me yet. The biggest problem I have it taking a dose every hour. Very hard to do when you have a busy schedule. I want to know about the Lemonade idea but still not sure how to do that. I've heard you can mix it with lemonade mix and drink it like that. Would probably be much easier. Let me know how your trial goes or maybe we can do it together and note each others success.

Hi Dee,

That is great you have been able to continue the protocol. The general rule is to go to a max of 10 drops/hr and to go 3 weeks or until well. I say this is the general rule because I think health conditions are very individual and one thing we should start learning to do with natural therapies and being our own doctor is to listen to our own body. Some people may benefit by going over 10 drops.

You mentioned earlier your health goal was "hopes of eliminating a host of issues mainly being chronic pain in my back, shoulder and neck muscles as well as chronic fatigue and herpes virus." Some of these can be difficult to cure, so maybe going the 3 weeks would be advisable in your case. It is up to you though.

Hi YB,

I wish you had more success so far. If I remember right you were working on a herpes virus. I'm beginning to think the advice of Bruce and Ken about herpes being a difficult one is true.

I remember reading the virus is very tricky, it goes dormant and hides deep in tissues where the immune system cannot get at it, then comes back to life.

Maybe the hourly dosing is particularly important with that. The added penetration with DMSO should be helpful in getting the MMS deep into infected tissues. MMS2 might be something to consider also since Jim says it penetrates tissues better and it is easier to take.

Thanks Michael

I do plan to continue as long as I can and will update with my results. Today the Herx dam broke wide open, which I suppose is a good sign that things are working, but I've had to back off the number of drops as it was a very severe reaction. I'll slowly go up again to 10 drops and stay on P2000 as I'd like to really give the protocol a chance to completely work.
