Hi young lady

There is a good therapy and that is walking , at least 3 or 4 miles per hour and
every day about 3/4 or 1 hour
Keeps my backache away

Good luck

Walking is very good - exercise is good - just think, you've just spent 9 months pulling those bones out of alignment with a "different" weight distribution. They're not going to pop back in quickly. The muscles are used to different configurations by the time you give birth. Give yourself some time <G> - you got there in the proverbial "boiling frogs" way - (for those who don't know what that means, it's a joke about cooking frogs - turn up the heat slow enough and they won't jump out of the pot because they don't realize they're cooked until they're cooked!)

Hopy, Has your doc done any bloodwork on you since the baby? Or maybe in the hospital when you had it? That is going to be the best clue as to whether you're needing iron or calcium. And you can request your records from the hospital or doc's office. Babies do deplete your vites and mins as they grow in utero, and it could be that you do need to supplement to get back on track - and I'm a big fan (personally) of d3 supplementation, since so many of us are deficient.
