I take a Bone Strength supplement while doing the protocol. I thought only vitamin c was not compatible with MMS.

These are the ingredients:
Vitamin D3
Vitamin K1
Vitamin K2
Calcium
Magnesium
Strontium
Silica
Vanadium

Are these ingredients compatible?

Antioxidents are the problem. Most of these look fine, IMHO. You can always take your supplements just before bed, hopefully 2 hrs after your last dose of MMS. Then you have your sleep cycle to do your bone building in - which is a good thing.

Vitamin C is not recommended for use just while taking doses of MMS, because it neutralizes the chlorine dioxide.

I think that as long as nothing in the vitamins you're taking is strongly anti-oxidant, there shouldn't be any cause not to take them while doing doses. In general, chlorine dioxide doesn't react with strongly bonded molecules.

I recommend that people consider replenishing their bodies with good nutrition, vitamin C, etc., at the end of daily courses of MMS1 while on long-term protocols.
