Hi, What is the best pH for ClO2? Is there any step-by-step process and chemicals to ensure stabilization? Thanks. 

The pH of MMS1 is quite low, about pH 4. CDS averages about 4.5 in my testing. For ingestion there is no need to raise the pH because it will become much lower when it is in stomach acid. Probably the only time it needs to be pH 7 or slightly higher is when it is injected. Usually a tiny amount of sodium chlorite solution is added.
