Hi There!
I'm new too the MMS/CDS forum. I first learned about CDS from my SIL who uses it herself.
I purchased Sodium Clorite, 80% flakes (100 mg) and mixed with 257 mL water. This is stored in dark bottles in the fridge. My understanding is that an activator is not needed if the solution is ingested, because it is activated with stomach acid. From what I've read, it seems like there may be new protocols coming out about this..?
I have also experimented with mixing equal drops of the above solution with apple cider vinegar (ACV) and water for tooth brushing and I've experimented with a small burn on my finger. The mixture seems to work very well.
I am someone tapered psych meds that I had unfortunately been on for 20 years. I've been completely off all of them for 4 years now. When I finished my tapers, I discovered that I had mold toxicity, testing positive for Aspergillus. Working with a naturopath, I've tried detoxing using herbal formulas, but I'm very sensitive and it's been difficult. I also have issues with Candida and Epstein Barr. I've been consuming the CDS in distilled water... started with 1 drop in 36 ounces of water and slowly decreasing the ounces. In the last week at 1 drop in 20 ounces, I've experienced significant body aches neck, left jaw (where I thought I might have an issue with a crown), shoulders and hips. I don't have fatigue or nausea, it seems more like an increase in inflammation. Using the golden rule, I'm going back to a more diluted solution. I am finding that taking Activated Charcoal (away from CDS) helps with pain.( I just ordered bentonite clay.)
Since I am so sensitive, I'm wondering if I am someone who would do better using DMSO along with CDS? I've read the recent post with information about using the two together. I'd also like to know if you have any other suggestions based on what I'm sharing.
My husband is also consuming CDS. In the first few days he noticed a big difference in stool color and smell, but that has disappeared, and thankfully, he is not having any issues with increasing the solution.
I appreciate your help... and thank other members who are sharing as I have learned a great deal from your questions.
