My wife and I are in our early 70's and have just started our MMS1 journey. Wonderful product!

Thank you for all the great posts in this forum!

My own primary objective is to dissolve calcium and plaque build-up in my arteries. It was discovered last week during a CT scan - big surprise since I do not have significant symptoms.

My intention is to take a standard cure of 3 drops every 8 hours for three weeks and then have a new scan.

Please help me regarding the Combination of vit-C and MMS1:

If I finish the 8 doses of MMS1 early in the day, is it compatible to take a high dose of vit-C in the evening? What is the best practice? I do not see any mention of this in the book and the posts in this forum does not give any guidance, unless I have missed it.

I have been informed recently about the risks associated with ascorbic acid. My understanding is that the only other option is food high in vit-s?

Your help is very much appreciated.
