Ive been using MMS for about 8 months now and ive noticed its hard for me to use it daily even in 1 or 2 drop doses. by the end of the week my whole body feels like I got into a fight with a gorilla. I usually take 3 drops 3 times a week but sometimes it just makes me feel too tired and sick. I also fit in taking vitamins and milk thistle for a couple days afterwards. My issue is its starting to feel like the MMS isnt clearing me up and giving me energy anymore my body just feels like im getting more tired. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience on a better way to get better results?

Are you following the Protocols in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook"?

It is possible that you are infected with a Mold/Fungus, the kind that MMS can't deal with,
and make MMS not work well or at all, so I would do the Mold/Fungus Protocol with Bentonite Clay.
I do this occasionally just to make sure ("Maintenance"), or if I notice the MMS not working as well.

I had a major Mold/Fungus infection for many years, so I might be more sensitive
to them, even though I'm not in a high Mold/Fungus environment now.

EXCEPT that molds and fungi are everywhere in our world, and seem to be
getting worse with "Climate Change", so everyone is being subjected to them in
higher amounts, which could cause problems for some people.

Some people seem to be more sensitive to MMS (ClO2) than others, so that
could be an issue you are experiencing. Some people can "only take one drop"
and not go higher. So you might be experiencing an Herxheimer Reaction and/or
a Sensitivity Reaction.

You didn't say why you are using the MMS. More detailed information is always helpful.

"3 drops 3 times a week" is kind of a maintenance routine. (possibly "barely")
There are very good reasons why you take the doses every hour for 8 to 10 hours, every day.

Are you not following the Protocols in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook"?

I would reduce the amounts of MMS to the highest amounts I can stand and try to
increase them as I can over time.

8 months is kind of a long dosing period. Again, since I don't know why you started
using MMS or why you are continuing to use it, I can't really speak to that well.

It could be that whatever you are using the MMS for is what is causing you to feel bad, as well.

Also, "ideally", you should have progressed to Protocol 1000+ months ago,
by incorporating the use of DMSO, so again, you haven't given any real information
about why and what protocols, etc...

And then there is the use of MMS2 for "Advanced Illness".

I am also alternating the use of acid-activated MMS1 with CDS, every other hour.
Some people claim CDS is easier on their stomachs.
