I am a retired senior citizen.

In September of 2021 I developed edema in my lower extremities, for which I was under a doctor's care for some time.

Now, I don't have edema anymore; but I'm not well.  Instead, I walk stiff-legged.

I have Jim Humble's 2019 Revised Edition and Andreas Kalcker's 2018 book Forbidden Health.

Jim Humble talks about "Food & Drink to Avoid When on an MMS Protocol," but Andreas Kalcker does not.

I know the two have collaborated, so I wonder why Kalcker says nothing about it.

Can anyone explain why?

I haven't read his book yet.

I had trouble dealing with Kalcker's website trying to order the PDF in English of Forbidden Health.

I found it on Kindle so I bought it, and it's probably not an authorized publication.

But I don't think anything is left out.

He has a section in Chapter 1 "Precautions" with nothing about food and drink.

Maybe Jim Humble and Andreas Kalcker disagree on this?

Come to think of it, I think I've heard Kalcker say that he's stronger in physics than chemistry.  Maybe that has something to do with it.
