Hi folks i am new to the forum.
Actually this is my first time on any forum.
I am a bit of a dinosaur with the laptop so please be patient.
I live in the uk in a small town just outside north london.
On the advice of a friend i started using mms to clean out pathogens
and metals.
I prefer the mix and consume method every hour rather than mixing 30 drops of each into
1 liter of water and drinking 1 tenth of mms every hour.
I have worked up to mixing 15 drops of sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid in one go
and consuming with 2 t 3 glasses of distilled water.
I found out why i can take this amount without having to stay near a toilet for the next 3 hours.
I take 2 cocodamol first thing in the morning so that i can do my walk/jog cardio with the
family dog without hip and knee joint pain from arthritis and degenerative wear and tear
from lifting weights for 40 years.
The day i didnt take the cocodamol i found out why 13 drops of each is not a good idea.
Think i experienced my first herxheimer reaction, not pleasant and dont want to
experience it again.
The codeine or the paracetamol in the cocodamol seems to allow me to take 15 drops
of each in one go without and side effects.
One thing i have noticed in the last 2 months is that i have got permanantly itchy skin.
Always around my neck and shoulders and back of my head and oddly in the inside elbow area
of one arm.
I have stopped taking mms for a month incase it is the cause of the itch problem.
Stopped 1 gram of vitamin C twice a day.
Stopped 5000iu of vit D every day.
Stopped eating 250g of salmon daily incase maybe i was allergic to salmon.
I changed washing powder and shower gell and started using nizoral shampoo.
I experimented with 50 drops of each in a warm bath for 5 days in a row but it
didnt make any difference.
I stopped using dmso liquid on a bulging disc issue that i have in cervical 7 in my
neck area. Dmso eases the discomfort.
I take clarytin 10mg antihistamine every day for sensitive skin that ive had
for 20 years.
My blood tests came back ok, i had high levels of hematrocrit fisrt half of 2022 but a venusection
(pint of blood taken) every 3 months took my levels back within normal range.
I do suffer from sleep apnea and im in the process of seeing a consultant to do the
sleep apnea test and probably use the sleep apnea machine for rest of life.
Does anyone have any experience with constant itching and could help me
solve this problem.
I tried to get an appointment with my gp but it was in 4 weeks time and im
not confident he will be able to help me with this issue.
Hope i havent waffeled to much but i thought the more info i give the more
chance i have of getting to the bottom of the problem.
Many thanks Gary
