Greetings everyone. I am older woman having awful knee and hip pain. Just received my order today and plan on starting to take the MMS this week. I am concerned about die off. Can anyone tell me if it is okay to start with slower then what is recommended to take?

Start as low as you need to. If there is no serious illness and no rush, then low and slow is the way to go if you are worried about herxheimer.
The Starting Procedure is 1/4 of a drop on the first day, but you can even start with 1/8 or 1/16 of a drop.
