I've recently gone through the training videos and documentation. In general I tend to believe people in numbers when they suggest that something has helped them. The proof is in the pudding. I'm looking at doing a detox using CDS. I have a few physical indicators that I will use to judge the efficacy for myself. The ultimate test will be if I use it to rid myself of the flu or something similar if the need arises. 
I will likely start low and slow using 2ml per 1000ml and double that until i reach 10mL per 1000mL. I will likely use the CDS+ protocol on the tail end for extra boost. If I feel that I am benefiting I might continue taking it longer than the 21 days (after reaching full dosage)
I normally eat a vegetable tray for lunch and counter intuitively I will have to eat " less healthy" for this upcoming month. If I continue past this month I will probably just do maintenance doses and eat healthy again.
