Hello All
I'm new to the group and brand new to ingesting CDS - can you please tell me whether you have to avoid certain foods/drinks when starting/taking CDS?
I did have a look at what Jim Humble recommends but felt it was very restrictive (I've been on a clean diet for well over a year and have nothing positive to say about it except it is so restrictive: that is makes us both miserable having to stick so rigidly to it)..
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Here is a PDF of foods and drink that list the antioxidant levels.

Someone said that 0.10 is the amount you shouldn't go over. Not sure if that is correct but that is quite low so seems safe and there is still quite a bit you can eat at that level.

Thank you for responding.

What is this list an addendum to please?
And can you explain it a bit more?
What does only 'not going over 0.10' mean?
For example: Raspberries are 2.33 'Anti oxidant content in mmol/100g'
What does that actually mean?
Then there is another figure next door to this in 'comment' section stating '6'?

I don't know.....  I found that list and most people seem as clueless as I am.

However one person did say that 0.10 was the cut off point for the level of antioxidant content food that you can eat while dosing.

For instance, Golden Delicious apples, without the peel, are 0.10, so that should be ok to eat while dosing.

I have asked people in Telegram groups to explain the PDF for the layman to understand but no one seems to know apart from that one person, but they didn't explain much.

Anyway, 0.10 compared to the other food and drink on that list does seem quite low, so hopefully it is safe to consume. You can always test the drink with chlorine dioxide test strips to see how it affects the CD at the 0.10 level.

Thanks for being so frank!
I had another look at Jim's Health Recovery Guide book: I am confused if I'm honest too.
For example: coffee - he says if you still want to drink coffee: just have it a few hours 'before you start dosing for the day'.
And yet there is a section which says items to avoid and coffee is on it!

I have to say: I'd find it hard to believe that everyone taking MMS/CDS is sticking rigidly to such a restrictive eating regime but I'm happy to be proved wrong!
It would help if some other people would chime in here..

You would be wrong with many people I think. You see if you don't do the right thing, your dosing is all for nothing because the antioxidant will cancel out the CD.

All the serious people on this forum and in Telegram groups all try and stick to the right foods from what I have seen, especially if you have cancer or something serious like that. You want to give yourself the best chance of recovery.

Andreas Kalcker done a test with milk, apple juice and orange juice.
The orange juice completely removed pretty well all CD.
The milk removed about half of the CD.
And the apple juice removed a only a little.

So you can see just how important diet is!

2 hours before dosing you can have coffee and what ever you want. If you want the really best results possible then, yes, stop coffee altogether. Or make it even a 3 hour gap.
1 hour after finishing dosing however you can have whatever you want as CD only stays in the system for about 1 hour.

It is DURING dosing that you need to eat food low in antioxidants. And the idea is to eat small meals, not large ones while dosing.

So you dose at 1pm.
You eat a small meal at 1:30pm.
You dose again at 2pm.

30 minute gap between meals.
