Hi,  can you still have coconut oil/milk/yogurt? It just says coconut water to stop. What about lemons? I drink herbal teas so probably have to stop them all as I don't know which ones are on the list!
Are mushrooms powders ok? I assume cacao is a no no as you can't eat chocolate!
Has anyone done a protocol having M.E? I'm unsure which to do as I don't want to feel any worse!
Many thanks

I deal with ME, and can only tell you from my own experience that I have much more energy when taking CDS in the sensitive dose protocol from Andreas Kalcker's book.  In fact, I take even smaller doses than the sensitive dose.  It still makes a big difference.  The only complaint I have is that my nose and eyes feel dried out.

Hello Blue Bell;

Treating your Myalgic encephalomyelitis is no different than treating any other chronic inflammatory disease. We have a huge problem with our food supply that is affecting all of us. Synthetic Vitamin C, is added to almost all of our foods and we have been brainwashed to believe antioxidants are good and oxidants expelled by each cell are a bad thing because they say it causes oxidative stress and probably causes cancer. This is no longer the case from what they have discovered with redox signaling actually prevents cancer.

Try to eat as little as possible and any foods with antioxidants such as lemon will wipe out chlorine dioxide. CLO2 is an extremely fragile molecule, the same fragility that is expelled from each of our cells by the mitochondria. Oxidants target, viruses, anaerobic bacteria, funguses, parasites, and their toxins. You do not want a large meal in your gut either, the CLO2 will interact with the food. Start off slow, but eventually, you want to be at protocol 1000 the 3 drops of MMS activated with hydrochloric acid, taken each hour for 8 hours each day for 21 days in a row. Meat has almost no antioxidants so it is your best choice while taking MMS. Click on Antioxidants below it is from  mmsinfo.org   it shows the food categories and the amount of vitamin C in each food. Keep it low, and have your largest meal after you have finished taking MMS for the day.

Down load and read Jim Humbles latest book

@Bluebell, always start with the Starting Procedure as follows.

Day 1
On day 1 you should begin by taking ¼ of a drop every hour for 8 hours. How do you take ¼ of a drop? Activate 1 drop of MMS (1 drop MMS and 1 drop activator) in a dry clean empty glass for 30 seconds and then add ½ cup (120ml) of water or approved juice. Pour ¼ of the mixture 30ml into a different glass and drink it. If you would like you can add a little more water max 30 ml to it. Discard the remaining 90ml. Make a new mixture every hour. It is best to drink the solution within 60 seconds.

Day 2 and 3
On days 2 and 3 the dosage is ½ a drop every hour for 8 hours. Follow the instructions for day 1 but and pour off ½ of the mixture (60ml) and drink the other half.

Day 4
On day 4 you step up the dosage to ¾ of a drop every hour for 8 hours. Activate and add ½ a cup of water or approved juice and pour off 30ml and drink the remaining 90ml of fluid. You have now completed the Starting Procedure. On day 5 you begin Protocol 1000.

Exceptions
If you are very ill, then begin with 1/8th of a drop every hour for 8 hours for 1 day and then proceed with the Starting Procedure.

Many thanks BobJ
What sort of levels of antioxidants/vitamin c should I be looking for in the table? Less than 0.50 or below?
I hope I don't loose too much weight with less calories as I'm already underweight!!
The water I will be using will be from my Berkey which has a fluoride filter as well?

Thanks stu77000
that's sounds nice and slow. I will be using citric acid as I've had stomach erosions in the past and worried about the hydrochloric acid! Would that be a problem if my elderly mother hasn't got enough stomach acid? Should I use the hydrochloric acid instead for her?

Still new to this myself so don't want to give out info I am not certain about, but what I can say is that hydrochloric acid is the preferred method of activation. I am using CA for long term storage and HA for the short term as it keeps for about 3 years apparently. Hopefully someone else can answer your questions.

Thank you Stu. Would you know if it's ok to have it warm, like add a bit of warm water to the dose each time as I can't drink anything that's cold! Would heat destroy it?
