Hi there, I'm new to the forum. I have been using various natural healing modalities for myself, family, friends. I come from a background which was all about natural healing, fortunately. I also make healing products related to the herbs I work with. Herbal healing, learning, researching, experimenting etc has been a long, ongoing road for me. There is always more to learn. If only the majority of doctors had that attitude the world's healthcare systems would be very, very different.
Recently learned more about chlorine dioxide & purchased some to add to my arsenal. Am taking 2 drops every evening, working up slowly. I find taking even one drop in the morning on an empty stomach gives me seriously incapacitating headaches, similar to migraines.
I've joined the forum to do more research on this subject so am busy poking through the archives before posting any questions.
Nice to meet you all š

Which MMS activator are you using, 50% citric acid or 4% HCL?

"I find taking even one drop in the morning on an empty stomach gives me seriously incapacitating headaches, similar to migraines."
You may not know that MMS1, which is MMS activated for 30 seconds with an acid, such as 4% HCL, only contains 10% of the available CLO2 in MMS. Therefore, MMS1 has little CLO2 when activated, but does have a lot of residual MMS and some acid. The idea is for more CLO2 to be released from MMS with stomach acid. And, Jim Humble thinks MMS may be activated elsewhere in the body.
An empty stomach has little, if any stomach acid, because it is not needed until food arrives. So, unreacted MMS, sodium chlorite solution, is probably bothering your stomach and may be the reason for those headaches.
You could try eating a small amount of food before ingesting a dose of MMS1. Or, try CDH which is 50% activated when made, or CDS which is 100% CLO2 in water.

Thanks very much for the heads-up š
I just received some MMS2, I believe it is, which I ordered online. As I said, I'm still learning & experimenting. I will see how things go for me with both of these over time. I read some things that led me to believe that having an empty stomach when taking chlorine dioxide was important, but I may have misunderstood or may have run across outdated information.
Thanks again š

I was just reading on a CDH Telegram group about ingesting CDS and MMS1 into an empty stomach. They said it was okay to take CDS but not MMS1 with no food in a stomach.
