It’s been an interesting 3 weeks; the taste and structured drinking schedule. I only got a slight headache and dizziness on day 1. Been constantly adjusting the dose to stop the pissing out of my arse. Diarrhea has been the main side effect.
I’ve really done a 180 on my Western diet by consuming a lot less junk and unneeded calories. Following the mms guidelines I’m eating much more natural foods or eating nothing at all.
I’ve been “all in” on giving 100% effort to this and it takes a lot of effort to fix a lifetime of abuse to my body.
I’ve journaled every day but this far have not logged progress on my biggest concerns; diabetes, blood pressure and arthritis. The eczema on my leg seems to have gotten worse.
On the other hand; My foot fungus has cleared up and the fibrous plaque growth (Peyronies) has disappeared. My diminished urine flow has not noticeably improved but my E.D. has diminished noticeably.
I’m now suffering less Chronic fatigue, which in the past I contributed to waking in the night to relieve myself. When I was drinking alcohol I would wake 3-4 times a night to urinate (every two hours like clockwork) after I stopped alcohol (12/17/20) it was still 2-3 times a night, now... it’s 0-2 depending on how late I’m up and how late I’m drinking water or tea.
Even though I could always get right back to sleep, I’ve always needed a nap at work. During lunch I’d take a 20-25 minute nap to recharge. If I didn’t, I’d “hit the wall” around 1-2 pm and have to take a nap to recover.
With the exception of the first week on mms NO naps now and, I’m more productive at work, not significant but noticeable progress in keeping on task at my job.
I’ve recorded a significant improvement in my throat issue (hacking Phlegm) I’d say a good 65% reduction in the amount of hacking and size of the solid portion of phlegm. (It’s getting smaller and smaller!)
So... progress is being made. I’ll be hitting it hard for another month trying to increase my tolerance and tracking improvements.
Im glad I made a list of my ailments before I started, my recorded progress gives me hope and drive to continue to work on my big 3 health issues.
