I have been dealing with silent reflux for ~3+ years and have not found any effective treatment but I want to believe the improvements I am experiencing is due to the CD.
While taking the CD regimen I have not changed my diet. I have still been drinking coffee every morning. I did not realize until just today actually that it says to limit caffeine (coffee, tea, chocolate, milk and some other things..) but I have still been consuming no-no foods and again, I feel noticeably better.
For about the first half of the last week I was doing 8 drops of each mixed with 48 oz of water taking it 8 times a day. Towards the middle to late last week I started doing 16 drops of each. I'd like to eventually move up to 24 drops of each this week.
The last 2 days though I decided to try and mixing in some fruit juice because the taste was really bothersome so I started to add in some "100%" Oceanspray "cranberry juice" with the water (about a 1:1 ratio). I just looked at the label online a few hours ago and came to realize it's not at all 100% cranberry juice, but a mixture of different fruit juices plus it turns out it has vitamin C added (ascorbic acid) although it is the last ingredient on the list. I am hoping that it still may be effective regardless though. But I would like to find an acceptable juice could someone make any suggestion on what is ok to use, or could it might be alright to continue to use the "cranberry juice"?
Thanks for any feedback and fingers crossed on continued success!

Are you following the HRP in Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook?
Another problem with taste is if you can smell CLO2 gas the taste of MMS1 will be enhanced. Look at these two photos and see where their noses are located as they drink.
Most juices will cause MMS not to work properly. Kerri Riveria says in her Autism book, NO juices to be used with MMS1 doses. Andreas Kalcker recently made a video showing what happens when common juices are added to MMS1. If you want to improve the taste use a few drops of this instead of juices.

The instruction are also posted here: travelingleaf.com/2014/10/post-61-mms-protocol-1000/ and here is also some good info: www.jahealthadvocate.com/eating-while-on-mms-protocols.html . Quite a few sites have the 1000 protocol, from what I have found.
I wish now that I had bought HCL instead of one with Citric Acid, but I have pretty large bottle so I will try and use it up. I will try the sweet drops. Where might I find them? The bottle I'm drinking from is a wide mouth plastic bottle so my nose goes in when drinking. I don't notice any stomach problems from the citric acid.
Edit: After thinking about it some more maybe I will try HCL, could you please recommend where I might be able to purchase a bottle of HCL?
Thanks

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
