5 drops MMS1 + 15 drops DMSO, brush/swish 2 to 3 times/day. Gargle some, but do not swallow.
* Sensitivity in gums (root of tooth) most noticeable early mornings + moves around. One day it will be a molar, another a front tooth. It is not painful + seems to vanish by end of the day.
* Zero morning plaque, unusually nice!
* There is some slight nausea afternoons. When that occurs, I reduce to 3 drops MMS1 + 9 drops DMSO.
* My troubled molar is no longer sensitive. Most days I do the teeth protocol twice, rarely 3 times. Teeth that were loose feel stronger. No bleeding gums or sores.

If you are brushing teeth with MMS1, it would be advisable to measure the pH of the teeth brush solution.

Harder to brush fewer teeth than a mouth full, I've had many teeth extracted already. So it's easier for me to brush non-fluoride toothpaste in morning, wait about an hour before protocol. With receding gums, I found it more effective to swish + gargle. I use Waterpik daily also. Haven't verified, but I think the Hawaii County water I use for brushing + Waterpik does not include fluoride. I live semi off grid with septic tank, so I do protocols outside. Dentists have told me that gingivitis (in addition to bone loss @ 67 years old) is the cause of loosing my teeth. I also have a front tooth implant (= titanium, I think) from 2013. Trouble started around 2007. Anyway, the swishing works well for me + the healing is much more effective than a clean/check dental visit every 3 months, which I couldn't do during the lock-down anyway. I am very pleased.

Excellent! Just be sure to test the pH of your MMS1 teeth brushing / mouthwash solution before brushing. If the pH is too low, brushing can remove tooth enamel.

Hi, I am new to MMS/CDS. I tested my mix and it is somewhere around 5 pH. Luckily I chanced upon this forum and read about being careful not to brush with MMS with acidic pH.

How can I get the pH levels up to neutral? Planning to gargle using MMS after brushing, or when I have mouth sores/throat infection.

Thank you.

Take a look at what Scott has been doing to raise the pH of CLO2 teeth brushing solutions in this forum post:
