Greetings,
I took MMS about 14 years ago and just started a week ago.
I've had Lyme for about 20 years. I almost died but now am much better after 7 years of different protocols.

I started a week ago. I had read to start slowly. I did 1/2 drop and then went up to 1 drop. In the instructions, it said if you don't feel bad up the dose. Well I continued and was at 6 drops every hour. I was out shopping and felt like I was going to throw up. I bought an apple and ate it and it helped to stop the throwing up.
Unfortunately since that time, I have been so nauseated. I was taking 5 drops almost every hour. Sometimes I would miss an hour or two.

My last dose was last night about 9 pm. When I woke up this morning, I felt like a chemical toxic feeling along with nausea. I decided to not take any MMS as I was feeling so ill. I did take some supplements including Vitamin C.

So now wondering should I wait the 3 hours since I took Vit C and take like 1 drop? I haven't felt this bad in a long time. Can hardly function.

You are increasing dosage way too fast! If following Protocol 1000, the maximum is 3 drop hourly doses. And, 3 drop dosing following P1000 is not the goal; it is the maximum you should take.

Some people have recovered from stage 4 cancers using only 1/2 drop hourly doses.

If it was me, I would stay at a low dosing for a few days before increasing. There is no hurry!

Follow the Three Golden Rules. Really.
