Hi.
So I got laid off, and decided June is the right time to a) ween of my antidepressants and b) try mms.

I've been told by a TCM doctor that I have a lot of toxicity in my body and parasites in my gut. He gave me the guidance to try my first herbal enema, and I did a lot of healing (from through a strict alkaline diet. That was about a year ago. Since then, I've gained a lot of weight and my depression got kinda worse from a lot of job stress.

Stressful job gone!

I've already stepped down from 40mg of my antidepressant (viibryd) to 20 mg over one week. I can't find any definitive guidance on combining mms and pharmaceutical antidepressants. but I know they have lots fo toxins and heavy metals in them, so i don't really want to be on them, but they help since my gut health is so poor.

Long story short, I'm aiming to heal my depression through healing my gut with mms.
I'm going to give ti a big go and detox from drugs and alcohol completely for the next month as well. I am a daily weed smoker and I know that acidify the body. alcohol will be easier to give up.

so it will be a big experiment. Looking forward to it.

Hoping to add more to this forum on interactions with weed and antidepressants. those were my biggest questions with least info available.

also interested in doing a parasite cleanse in addition to mms. when do you recommend to start? after 1-2 weeks?
or not do at same time as mms?

I will most likely use herbs like walnut and oregano....

zero2hero, to learn how to use MMS and protocols, you should read Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

Look here for a parasite protocol. This parasite protocol uses MMS and other ingredients.

Thanks for the link to the paracite protocol. Seems to be the same as autism protocol, interesting. Seems tough to be honest. I don't know if I can do it alone.

I bought some neem pills and take 2 (800 mg total) in the evening with a probiotic and fish oil.

I haven't felt any brain zaps from discontinuing the antidepressant. It's actually the best I've felt when weening of an antidepressant.

I'm thinking of getting a zapper (or rife machine) to keep the paracite s.

Anyone have experience using zappers and MMS?

I wonder if I can use them at same time?

Also, I have to take a for how exam and I don't think they will let me have a water bottle. So I'm thinking of fasting all day and not using MMS. How does that affect the protocol if you paid one day and restart? Should I really restart with one drop or continue at three drops?

Update.
I stopped the MMS after five days and felt my detox symptoms increase. I'm getting these hot flashes and feelings like my body is full of poison and wants to release it. Because I feel it It slightly relieves whenever I have a bowl movement.

I feel like my acid reflux came back with vengence.

With the help of a TCM doctor, Ive identified my ear pain as reflux. It kind of got worse after the MMS.

So today I'm trying an Epsom salt flush, take internal because I feel like maybe I Killed stuff in my gut and now it's just sitting there.
It's that reasonable?
I can't find that the normal 1000 protocol includes Salt water flush or enemas. Or did I read it wrong?

Or is it necessary if the MMS is eliminating worms?

I want to about the enemas if I can.

Not sure what's going on.

Five days if MMS did change my bioflora, and I'm not sure if it's for the best.

If one suspects they need to detox their organs, it is best to start at the bottom (literally) and work up. If you don't do that, when toxins are released upstream, they might have a hard time getting through your lower plumbing. There are many herbal bowel cleanses available. One that I have used is available at herbdoc.com.

In jim's latest book, you will find over 50 MMS protocols. Enemas are one of the protocols. I presume you began taking MMS1 by following the Starting Procedure and are now following the HRP. Since you have such discomfort, I suspect you have been overdosing.

Regarding healthy gut flora, that is a question that I also have. Someday someone should do proper testing to find out if CLO2 and HOCL affect beneficial gut flora/bacteria.

Hi,

Please do not make a very common mistake when withdrawing from antibiotics, especially if you have been on them long term. Chances are very high that your md or gp will have little knowledge about withdrawals and will advise you to cut down over a month or two. I have had a lot of experience in this field and have supported scores of people who have decided to come off anti depressants. The more powerful the anti depressant the longer you must take to withdraw. Commonly, too-soon withdrawals will lead to a rebound depression which the dr will interpret as you needing to return to them! The advice I would like to share with you is to reduce dose by approx 10% every 2 to 3 weeks and the final low dose every other day tor another few weeks. This allows your brain to return to its normal bio chemical status with no ill effects.

Feed your brain with foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids and take a decent magnesium supplemental containing 300 mgs twice daily. Often this is suffice to to make a significant difference to mental stability. AND KEEP SUGARS AND REFINED FOODS TO A MINIMUM FOR OVERALL GOOD HEALTH

all the best

Thanks for your response, I really appreciate your time.

I was staring to think I was overdosing. But I only ever got up to 3 drops.
And I actually felt better on the drops then zero drops the next two days.

I felt very inflamed, like I could even feel excess water and pressure behind my eyes. I was a little scared. I would like down and feel the internal mucus drip riding towards my head and I would get nausea. This was two days after stopping MMS.

Although, truth be told. When I stopped the MMS I started using marijuana again and I think that exagerated the mucus.

But seriously, it started to feel like the symptoms I had when I had c diff.

Like I was concerned that the MMS allowed the c diff to take over again.

I was hoping the MMS would kill the c diff.

Maybe there is something else going on in my body?

I don't know what you mean by hrp.

HRP is Jim's new Health Recovery Plan outlined in his book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. If you don't have the book, I highly suggest getting it so you will know how to use MMS and its 50 plus protocols.

Protocol 1000 tops out at 3 drop hourly doses. BUT, 3 drop hourly MMS1 doses are NOT a goal! The Starting Procedure begins with 1/4 drop doses and in P1000 you SLOWLY work up to 3 drop hourly doses IF you have no discomfort such as Herxheimer reactions. Did you know that some people have recovered their health from stage 4 cancers taking only 1/2 drop MMS1 doses!

It might be informative to know how much chlorine dioxide (CLO2) you may be getting with each hourly dose of MMS1, CDS or CDH. The charts here will give you an idea of the quantity of CLO2 doses contain. Keep in mind that for ingested doses, the ingestion chart is accurate only if you have normal amounts of stomach acids. (unless you are taking CDS, which does not need stomach acid to release CLO2, because CDS is fully activated) Bioavailability is another question that would apply not only to MMS, but to supplements and food, too.

So, a 1/4 drop dose of MMS1 will contain up to 1.8 mg of CLO2, whereas a 3 drop MMS1 dose can release up to 20 mg of CLO2 in your stomach.

I didn’t know clo2 depends on stomach acid. Does apple cider vinegar help with this?
