Hi, I’m using mms to heal my digestive issues, mainly acid reflux. I read Jim humbles book and started the “starting procedure” abour a week ago and proceeded with the mold fungus protocol. Started with 1/4 drop every hour x8 hours. Then to 1/2, then introduced bentonite clay.

After 2 days taking bentonite clay I crashed with lots of body pain, headache and general sickness. Lasted 2 days and by the 3rd I’m feeling better, still with loose stools though. I’ve been taking 1/2 a drop around 4 times per day instead of 8. I guess I should do 1/4 per hour or less.

another issue is that I was brushing my teeth with mms and I didn’t do it yesterday. Today I have swollen gums almost like gengivitis. Why is that?

cant stop thinking I’m intoxicated by mms and when I stop it the same that happened to my gums will happen to my intestines.. pathogenic bacteria over growing.

manellus, I suggest you continue taking MMS1 at very low doses for a while. If using 50% citric acid MMS activator, try 4% HCL instead. You might give CDH a try instead of using MMS1.

For digestive issues, home-made organic cabbage sauerkraut works very well for most people, including me. One fork-full per day is all that is needed.
