I'm new to MMS.  Have taken 3 drop dose weeks ago but never started the maintenace dose.  Can you start the maintenance dose at anytime after taking the 3 drop dose for 21 days or do you have to start over for 21 days?  I need to know how much water do you mix with the 6 drop dose?

You can start maintenance doses anytime. 

Normally, MMS1 doses are mixed with 4 fl oz of water. Larger doses may require more water. You can split the 6 drop dose into two 3 drop doses about 30 minutes apart.

Can you mix a 6 drop maintenance dose for a whole week at I time  like mix 42 oz of mms and drink 4 oz/day  just like you do the 3 drop dose for 8 hours?

You could do that if you use CDS or CDH  but MMS1 won't last that long. And, mixing a MMS1 dose and ingesting within 60 seconds may deliver more good stuff, it is theorized. 

If you use CDS or CDH  here is a conversion chart to use the correct amount of either one to approximately equal MMS1 doses.
