Question Hello to all

Hello to all was created by SisterC
I am very new to mms. I just began on the mms1 starting procedure. I'm so grateful for this forum, and all of the knowledgeable people who kindly answer questions and offer guidance.

I'm taking the video course and hope to attend a live seminar when I see one available (in the USA).

One small question, as I've not seen it particularly addressed in Jim Humbles book. He says to add only a small amount of additional water to the dosage so as to not weaken it. Other than that, I'm guessing that it is fine to drink as much water as you like during the dosing hours. I'm only eating one small meal halfway through the day.

Thank you for your help, and I look forward to sharing this lifesaving knowledge with my small part of the world.

SisterC, the usual amount of water to add to each hourly dose of MMS1 is 4 fl oz (120 ml). If you dose 8 hours each day, that would total 32 fl oz or 1 quart of water. If you are taking low doses of MMS1, you could use less water.

You can eat small amounts of food half-way between doses as long as the food or drink does not contain high amounts of antioxidants.

2 ml of 3000 ppm original CDS equals a 1 drop MMS1 dose in a normal stomach
